Eating Disorder Examination (EDE) Training Workshop

MAGNET is pleased to announce that it will be holding an EDE training workshop later this year. This will be a full day in-person event that will take place in, Melbourne, VIC, on
Friday 18th July 2025. The EDE is considered the gold standard interview assessment of eating disorder psychopathology. It provides an assessment of the range and severity of eating disorder symptoms. The EDE can also generate eating disorder diagnoses.
The workshop will run from 9am – 5pm at the campus of Swinburne University of Technology in Hawthorn, and lunch will be provided (dietary options available). The training day will involve a detailed review of the EDE interview, items, and scoring. As well as live scoring and discussion opportunities. To sign up please follow this link:

This workshop is exclusively available to MAGNET members. If you’re not yet part of MAGNET but wish to participate in this training, simply visit our website at www.magnetctn.com and register. The membership is FREE and allows access to a whole range of resources and similar training workshops throughout the year.
Please note the training is limited to 50 people and online attendance is not possible at this stage.
